No offense but I thought the major factor why people started attending private uni was because their scores were low and federal uni wouldn't give them admission, so instead of staying home they carried their odo to private school that doesn't mind admitting olodos.

Private universities have been a subject of controversy for a long time now especially because of the obvious fact that it’s meant for only a few privileged; including the ones that are owned by churches.
Oh well, this calls for a debate. Which do you think is better? Private University or Public University? Thoughts?
