My wife got insulted because her dressing

I am a 40 year-old man and recently I went out somewhere with my wife who is 32 My wife likes to dress in a way that shows some skin. 

 She says it makes her feel free and alive and of course it always attracts plenty of eyes wherever we go that day she w*re a nice low cut dre$$ not too much just a little cl**vage showing nothing outrageous.

But suddenly, one woman around our age just exploded with anger she started shouting at both of us, saying it was completely unacceptable and shameful. We could see clearly that her own husband had been staring at my wife so that must have been what triggered her honestly, I have never seen somebody get so furious like that in a public place before the husband had to hold her and calm her down before he dragged her away werey if I leave my wife for her damn she go regret  Now tell me Were we the ones in the wrong Or was it that woman overreacting?
